Juliana Crump

Juliana Crump is a Colombian American from Miami, Florida with an affinity for all things colorful. She is a Performance Manager in the Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), leading efforts to develop management policy that implements the Government Performance & Results Modernization Act of 2010. She also manages the development of federal agencies' two-year Priority Goals, which publish quarterly progress updates on Performance.gov. In 2015, Juliana joined OMB as a career civil servant. She previously enumerated for the 2010 U.S. Census Bureau and worked at the circulation desk for Florida State University's main library. To this day, she remains an advocate for the funding of public goods, including and especially libraries.
