Shaena Fazal

Shaena Fazal is the Chief of State Advocacy for the Alliance for Safety and Justice (ASJ), overseeing ASJ’s advocacy division made up of its policy, innovations, and research departments. She previously served as the Director of Legislative Advocacy and has over 20 years of experience advocating for youth and criminal justice reform as a public defender, policy advocate, and lobbyist.
