Carissa Knol

Carissa Knol founded Knol Law PC in 2021 and was previously an attorney at Cohen Gardner LLP. Carissa represents corporate clients, including financiers and well-established film and television production companies, as well as individual producers, writers, directors and comedians. She has provided finance, production and/or distribution legal services on over 60 productions in the independent film space as well as many documentary films/series. Carissa’s practice focuses on guiding and supporting production companies and creatives in development, production and bringing their films, documentaries, new media and short form content to market.
