Dana Ware

Dana Ware, an internationally acclaimed Chicana director, skillfully maneuvers the realms of virtual and augmented reality. A UCLA visual media graduate with a Master's in Entertainment Arts & Game Development and an MFA in Film and New Media from the University of Utah, Dana brings an impressive academic background to her creative ventures. She's currently the Chief Creative Officer at ARound, shaping event-based AR engagement for stadiums and pro sports teams. Dana honed her skills as Creative Director at The VOID, advancing VR storytelling and merging virtual and physical worlds to create hyper-reality. Her portfolio features a hyper-reality TV series and immersive VR/AR experiences. Dana is also co-chair of Women in Games and Advisor for GDC's VRDC Summit and the AIXR.
