Jan Berger

Jan Berger, M.D., M.J. is a healthcare executive with 30 years of leadership experience in private, public & government services. Jan founded Health Intelligence Partners, a health care consultancy that has a global focus helping clients to navigate the intersection of strategy & operations within both the healthcare & consumer goods & services environment to identify & articulate high value opportunities. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Clinical Officer & Innovation for CVS Health/Caremark. Jan also served in healthcare admin roles for two population health companies. She began her medical career as a pediatrician at Rush Health Plans. Recently, Berger has focused on coaching and mentoring, serving as a role model for women and members of the LGBTQ community.
