Matt Kaplan is the founder and CEO of ACE Entertainment, a top-tier entertainment company focused on making feature films, television series, and digital content for young adult audiences. Kaplan has produced some of the most relevant millennial content in recent history, including Netflix’s new hit show Xo Kitty, the runaway success To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before film franchise for Netflix (MTV Movie & TV Awards winner for Best Movie -To All the Boys I've Loved Before: Always and Forever), the rom-com hit The Perfect Date for Netflix, and Netflix’s Hello Goodbye and Everything In Between.

The company finances and produces 5 films per year, including upcoming Netflix release Love at First Sight starring Haley Lu Richardson and Ben Hardy, Love in Taipei premiering on Paramount+ starring Ross Butler, Nico Hiraga, and Ashley Liao, Time Cut starring Madison Bailey and Antonia Gentry, A Cuban Girls Guide to Tea and Tomorrow starring Maia Reficco, Kit Connor and Kate del Castillo, and I Wish You All The Best written and directed by Tommy Dorfman starring Cole Sprouse, Alexandra Daddario, and Corey Fogelmanis.

ACE Entertainment’s television division is behind the new Netflix series XO Kitty, the Nickelodeon TV reboot of Are You Afraid of the Dark, which premiered its third season in July 2022, and has projects in development with almost every available streaming platform including Netflix, Disney +, and Peacock.
